We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Santa Rosa, FL. It is right outside of Destin. It was a great time of year to go because rates were cheaper, no one was there and it wasn't blistering hot yet! We went with our good friends the Fulghams and met up at night and at the pool with our other friends, the Ekenseairs. Noah loved playing with Eli and Ally had a friend the same size as her too. Sophie was such the mother hen on the trip. It was nice not having to entertain the little ones the whole trip, because they had friends.
Trav an I love vacations because we can sleep in (not ever past 8 though), wake up and drink the MC(morning coffee), and just not have any obligations to be anywhere. We adopted the Fulghams rule of eating ice cream everyday on vacation (I truly believe in this one...it was so much fun). We rode rides and go carts one day, went into Sea Side and Watercolors to walk around and shop, went out to eat a few times, had a shrimp boil on Tuesday night so that we could watch AI (Go Kris!!!!!), and had many days at the beach and pool! It was truly a great vacation!

Great pics! Glad ya'll had so much fun...minus Trav and the crab attack. ;) Love the cute capri outfit Ally's wearing in the second post...too sweet.
Ya'll need to come out soon so the kids can play on Raegen's new swingset...should be completed in about 18 years! :) ha
We were staying in Seaside last week. Your right, this time of the year is great for the beach.

Love all the beach pics! You and Travis look TAN! beach bums....ahhhh can't wait till we go. Looks like yall had a great time! Ally and Noah are the 3rd and 4th cutest kids I know!!! :-)
