Well, the weekend started out a little early for us. On Thursday, Noah and Ally's friend, Tess, came over for a swim at Mimi's and Pawpaw's pool. Noah and Ally love playing with her and can't wait for baby brother Hutch to join in on the fun.
The next day, we all got to go to my cousin's Stephanie's house, also know as Overton Acres. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a great time. My sister's children were also there and Alexis got to enjoy the paddle boat with cousin Molly while Noah got to swing from the zip line. Anna Klaire and Ally rode the see saw and tire swings with Meredith and Susan. It was such a fun day. Thank you Stephanie for having us and making memories for mamaw and for all of us.
Later that evening, we headed to Hot Springs for a little lake time. Our good friends, Laura and Adam, got to enjoy the lake with us. Noah and Ally love Meemow and Peepow's new pontoon. Daddy takes them tubing with him while mommy prays every minute they do not fall off. They love it though. Noah loves it when daddy falls off and wants him "to do it again." I can't believe how beautiful and peaceful Lake Ouachita is. It is so nice just to get away from reality for a bit.
It was a great weekend, but at the end of the day on Sunday, we all were worn out from a busy and exciting weekend. Now time to rest up for another busy week.
